  1. No!! not anything that I can think of
  2. I have found out the generator will not stay running unless I have something turned on in the Class A diesel motorhome-- like it needs a load before operating. If there is nothing going or turned on it will turn off. I can run a small space heater and will stay running, is this unusual? You think that it would run on its on without something plugged in. Thanks for any info: Newbie
  3. Any ideas on a good set of handsfree walkie talkie, so my husband and I can communicate with each other when he is parking the Coach-- something he can use and still keep his hands on the wheel, maybe a headset? Thanks for any info: Brenda
  4. Thanks everyone, I found one, it was located in the motorhome after all, now all I have to do is get a good satellite service, guess it will be Direct Tv, wondering if I could use my receiver out of the house
  5. Im a newbie at owning a motorcoach, and we have a Winegard Traveler Slimline dish. Now the question is, it has an old box from Direct Tv left by the former owner,, but was told that it was obsolete by the salesperson, the dish itself is just 3 years old. The dish reads Direct TV on it. Could you possibly use an extra box from your home (Direct TV), I pay $5.00 a month for the extra receiver, or should I call Direct tv and and start over and get a new receiver? I would only be using this receiver occasionally, so don't want to spend alot for the service. So, does anyone have any ideas on starting a network service, before I call Direct TV? Thanks for any information
  6. Just purchased a 98 Holiday Rambler, and I am a newbie. The motorhome has had a fairly new Wingard satellite travler installed (2008) , but it was not connected when I purchased the coach. Alot of the cable wires are missing inside, and looks like some have been cut, I have the interface box and power box,and have plugged them in and it works, but the cable called DC out is missing (control cable). I have done some searching on the internet about the interface box, but I am having a problem finding cables to purchase for the box. I'm not sure what kind of antennae is on top of motorhome, but think it is the triple feed slimline (Direct TV). Any information would help, thanks. Brenda D
  7. Which swivel arm mount did you purchase from Wal Mart? Looks like most of them cost as much as the TV. I noticed that they have several to choose from.
  8. Thanks everyone for the replys, I'm sure we can figure it out, and get it to work for us. I will post pictures soon as we can get our flatscreen installed. Everyone was very informative, and thanks to you Navydad, for the info
  9. Thanks for the information. Navydad, was your 26 in Visio installed over the drivers head in front or in the middle of the cabinets? My TV cabinet is above the drivers head.
  10. Has anyone replaced their old Quaser TV that is mounted over the drivers head with a flat screen LCD HDTV? The old TV measures 22, so what size flat screen should I get? I am thinking about mounting a swing out TV bracket for new TV. I have a 98 Holiday Rambler Endeavor Diesel 37 ft. Thanks for any help
  11. I recently purchase a 37 ft. Holiday Rambler, and I am a newbie on driving this Coach. I am told that you need at least 95 psi of pressure in your tires, There is a Crossfire tire pressure system on the duals. With my gauge it reads 65psi. I was told that the tire pressure system takes care of the air pressure on its on, so I wondering why does it read 65, if it takes care of itself? And the monitor on the duals is red, which I understand means over-inflation, but like I said my gauge reads 65. Thanks for any help Lamar Dixon

  13. Has anyone camped close to Santee SC, and was it Big Rig friendly? What about Santee Lakes Campground? Or the state park? We are planning a trip in March of 2011 to be close to friends that have homes in Santee, so we need a site close.
