  1. Glad to see this question covered. I personally have AAA RV Plus coverage and must say I had a very disappointing experience last year after wrapping a wind blown construction canvas in the wheel well of my tow dolly. The tire stopped instantly and blew out immediately. We managed to stop quickly along the Florida turnpike construction site and called AAA. Don't you know they informed me that the tow vehicle is not covered. We spent $500 getting back on the road after unloading our tow vehicle and loading it on a flatbed tow truck which too us to a Pep Boy to change the tire. Probably the only company that truly covers all your vehicles is Good Sam's. Beware of AAA they will find a way not to provide you with service when you need it. They however have always given me good auto coverage, so this was a real shock for us.
  2. Early on in my travels with motorhome I decided that the best for towing is a tow dolly. We have brakes on the Tow Master Dolly, no need to license the dolly, and no expense to add brackets, brakes etc to tow vehicle. We also can change tow vehicles without any additional cost. The weight of the dolly is really minimal and with our 2400# car we don't even know the dolly is behind us. We can hook up and strap down our car 2 minutes slower than our friends with 4 down equipment so it really isn't much less convenient. This is ideal for us.
  3. I also have a 2006 Fleetwood Bounder 35E and for the whole month of January I had no hot water to the bathrooms or shower. I spent $350 for replacement of thermostats, electronic control box, etc. and still had no hot water except for kitchen sink and then only after running hot water for an extended period of time. My exterior shower valves were completely turned off. I was told that there is no mix valve on the Atwood 10 gal heater for this model. 3 weeks ago I managed to get the motorhome to RCD in Pataskala, Ohio, spent another $145 for them to tell me there is nothing wrong with the unit. Now what do I do?
