I have a 2008 Clubman S which I have towed on tow dolly. How much expense is there to set up vehicle, get tow bar and brake system?

I used a cover on my 40 ft. unit for two years. I almost got blown off the roof putting it on. Now have a 43 ft unit and as soon as all work done a couple of us will put it on!
