  1. All the manufacturers agree that running on propane while on the road is a very bad idea. The movement of propane within the line can possibly create a momentary surge of pressure forcing more propane into the system than it needs creating a flareup. There is also a possibility that the pilot light can get extinguished leading to explosive gas in the camper body. It also voids your warranty. Run it on 12 volts if you have that option. If you have to you can get a 12v-110v-propane cooler (they have those now) to keep the essentials cold during transportation.
