Does any one know of a list of states that require a special drivers licence endorsement for 31000 GVW. The state of Washington exempts RVs from this requirement.

In this string all of you have a 2010 or older Jeep GC. 2011 they did a complete update on the GC. Has anyone had this problem with a newer model?
