I agree, data can be manipulated to convey different results. I have read several posts on irv2.com by Michelin owners who have had their tires replaced under warranty for excessive sidewall cracking. Michelin defines sidewall cracking on page 27(last page) of their Michelin RV tires brochure.

Whomever said the sidewall cracks disappear when driving will need to prove that to Michelin, otherwise why are they replacing tires under warranty for excessive sidewall cracking.

I have seen ads from a few rebuilders on the net; you might contact one/some and inquire if they are buying.

I am one who used shrink wrap in an attempt to reduce water intrusion into the MH ball joints and retain grease. I just had a total wheel alignment performed on our MH ($300), the HDT shop owner inspected all of the steering components to include testing the ball joints. He said the ball joints are good @ 44,xxx miles, and instead of wrapping them, to simply use spray silicone for lubrication. I have removed the shrink wrap, sprayed them with pure silicone. We'll see in the future___.

My wife has TruckerPath on her phone(free app). Yes, it's designed for truckers, but we RVer's use many of the same restrictions. To me the most important feature is routing designed for large, heavy, long vehicles. I have it set to identify rest areas, truck stops, parking areas, and more that I now forget.

I learned about FreshCab, tried it, and apparently it works, haven't had mice since throwing pouches behind drawers, and cabinets. It must also deter elephants, haven't seen signs of those either.

If you have an HWH hydraulic jack system, they have SST shafts and will not rust. Extended exposure will not harm them. HWH says to spray them with WD-40 prior to retraction.

I use Sodium Dichlor, it has no aftertaste, comes in a dry powder = easy to carry/store in a tightly sealed container, and only takes 1 tsp to sanitize a 100G storage tank + plumbing. You don't even need to drain and rinse anything, just treat and go. If you are unsure of your water source 1/2 tsp disinfects 100G drinking water. I do caution everyone to download the SDS for Sodium Dichlor and read carefully, as it can be dangerous for the uneducated to use.
