Here's what happens when these discussions change directions. This is a post about Verizon and FMCA, not the power nor responsibility of forum moderators. It's not my present concern and not what I'm here to read about. My question at this point is 'What will happen with the people who opted in before Verizon opted out?'. I realize that from the outset we were to understand that the contract for service could end. Does Verizon then intend to send me the hotspot and not service it as specified? My rudimentary understanding of the law seems to say that if you offer something and I accept with payment, we have an agreement that we're both bound to. In this case, if you don't follow through on your end, it sounds like lawsuit (class action). We'll see...
