Norcold refrigerator not cooling

We replaced our Norcold refrigerator last year, still under warranty & trying to get something done, and it works fine on shore power. Also works on propane while sitting still.  But while we are traveling (we are full timers) the temperature goes from 32 to 60 in about 1-2 hours. Any suggestions on what the problem might be?

I would be pursuing a warranty solution. Repair or replace whatever it takes to get it fixed.
