manholt Report post Posted April 5, 2020 Srous. Welcome to the Forum! I had the same problem on a 2011 Allegro Bus and a 2010 American Coach...I slid a piece of rug under the slide where it rubs. Most times it's not the roller's fault. On both coaches I had the whole slide taken out & confirmed that it was not the roller, it was the aluminum plate that was was buckled...I had it replaced both times. The Allegro was on Warranty, a week in Red Bay and no cost. The Tradition was not (I was 2nd owner), $3,400+ out of pocket & it came back about a month after being fixed.
