Is Hughes still the best unit or is their one not quite so pricey? Also hard install our cord compartment is not vented except for hole for cord when screw n hole plug is removed., Reconsider or ok? However they are not a surge protector. You can still get damage from low voltage because the autoformer does not shut off power if it drops to low. Welcome to the forum.
