Mold or Hurricane Ian Water Damage or Lawyer or mold adjuster

Water & mold damage caused by Hurricane Ian.  We need a mold adjuster and a lawyer familiar with RV's.  We are insured for mold but the insurance company wont pay for any mold damage or removal.  You can taste, smell and see the mold. I'm highly allergic and fearful of going in to unit.  We need recommendations for a good mold adjuster and a lawyer. Thanks for any info. Bobkat523

I would be curious why they are not paying even though you say the policy covers mold. I would contact your state insurance board for assistance rather than hiring an attorney.

Welcome to the forum Bob. Sorry to hear you got hit by Ian, really sucks. You probably need to spend some more time with your insurance company to find out exactly why they are reluctant to settle before bringing legal action into the equation. Hiring an attorney will cost a lot of time and money. Take Jim's advise as the first option
