nowberv Report post Posted April 25, 2023 What is the difference between X multi energy Z tire and X incity Z tire by Michelin and will it make a big difference in Highway driving. my tire size is 275 70 r22.
wildebill308 Report post Posted April 26, 2023 My understanding is the X incity Z tire is built with heavier side walls to help reduse damage from buses/delivery trucks hitting curbs. They are probabley heavier/stifer and not as good for milage. I would also look at the Continetal HSR2 SA. I ran Continetals on my last coach and liked them better than Michelin. five Report post Posted April 27, 2023 Anybody considering Michelins should review the various RV forums and the comments on them regarding Michelins. They have a history of sidewall cracking requiring replacement way before other RV tires. Mine cracked at five and a half years and 30k. I replaced them with Continentals on the front and Toyos on the rear....my tire guy did not have Toyos that fit my front in stock. Michelin RV tires are over rated and way over priced.
