rroudabush Report post Posted August 3, 2023 I have a truck and bumper pull RV registered in Texas, my "home" state. I have been traveling now for some time and have not been back to Texas recently. My inspections/registrations on both the truck and RV expired in November 2022. I'm currently in Virginia and really don't want to go back to Texas just for an inspection. What should or can I do? wayne77590 Report post Posted August 3, 2023 Register on-line. Give a mailing address and check the box "out of state." Registratration will be sent and as soon as you enter the state you are supposed to get it inspected. Well, that's the way it worked for me.

wayne77590 Report post Posted August 4, 2023 Yep! Check the box get the sticker for he windshield in the mail. Good to go. Without the registration sticker you would be illegal. Don't know what ramifications that could have.
