Inverted recepticals not working on shore power

I have a 2017 Entegra Anthem.  In the last month, while plugged into a stable 50amp shore line.  My interior receptical outlets (inverted) do not work unless the inverter is on.  This drains the battery until charged by shore power.  Turning off inverter (with or without shore power) the GFCI outlet looses power.  This includes the refrigerator outlet.  Thus all aligned inverted outlets loose power.  Shore power continues to feed all non inverted appliances and outlets.

The inverter should have a pass through feature when shore power is available. With out knowing what inverter you have it is hard to guess. Why don't you have the inverter on and the battery charging feature turned on? What is the voltage at the Batteries? Have you checked the inverter sub Cricut breaker panel to see if any are tripped?

As BIll mentioned, most inverters automatically pass-through the incoming AC voltage automatically with no user intervention. A select few need to have this feature manually activated, but most don't. You should ensure that both the inverter breaker in the main panel, as well as all the inverter branch circuits in the sub-panel are not tripped. If you have a multimeter and are comfortable using it, you should measure the AC voltage at the inverter with the Inverter turned OFF, because you have to make sure the 120VAC is coming from the shore power, not the inverter output. Alternately, you may disconnect the inverter from the battery bank and make sure you still have AC voltage at the inverter. That is the first thing to verify. It is possible, but hopefully not likely, that your bypass circuit in the inverter has failed.
