Norcold refrigerator fans stopped running

i have a Norcold 1200lrim refrigerator. The fans have stopped running.

What can I do or what is the problem to look for? It keeps it cold inside, but no fans run.

We have a Norcold 1200 LRIM (vintage 2003) and it has no fans. At least there are no fans I am aware of and I've been through most of the unit at one time or another. Where are these fans? Are they possibly add-on units? Is this refrigerator new to you or is it in a used motor home you have purchased?

We had a similar Norcold frig (1200RIM something) in a 2001 Ambassador motor home. It developed cooling problems and was taken to several shops, none of which helped it cool better. Finally I took the coach to a local refrigeration specialist. He found the fans about half way up the cooling coils by moving the frig out into the kitchen area. Then he was able to trace the black and white wires back to the bottom rear area and into the black control box where he found the wires to be reversed! Changed them back and the fans worked fine, the frig would again keep ice cream hard. He did mention the colors were reverse to house wiring and suspected that had been the problem. Of course you know what we did next...found a coach we liked better and TRADED.
