LarryandKarenandCher Report post Posted September 28, 2010 Currently we are booked for Little Vineyard RV Park in Deming, New Mexico. We still have time to change reservations if this site is not recommended. Has anyone stayed in that area of NM? Thanks.
wolfe10 Report post Posted September 28, 2010 We stayed there last winter on the way to the FMCA Convention in Albuquerque. It is an acceptable CG and our choice in the Deming area. As with all CG's in this area, if the wind is blowing, it can get dusty. Be sure to allow at least several hours in the Museum down town. Brett
LarryandKarenandCher Report post Posted October 4, 2010 Thanks for your reply Brett. We may need to change our route and go through Flagstaff. Anyone have suggestions for there?
Guest BillAdams Report post Posted October 4, 2010 We may need to change our route and go through Flagstaff. Anyone have suggestions for there? Black Bart's!!!!! Go to the Restaurant and have some Prime Rib while you are there. You will not regret the choice. The show is free and performed by your waiter or waitress. Just be careful if you like horseradish with your PR. This is the hottest stuff I have ever had, but the tears were well worth it.
finhawk Report post Posted October 11, 2010 The last time we were there, I thought the wind and dust would sandblast the paint off my rig
Guest BillAdams Report post Posted October 11, 2010 That sure can happen at any desert based RV park when the winds blow.
