isaaac1 Report post Posted Thursday at 09:24 PM I am getting ready to register for the convention in Gillette, WY this summer, and I am debating between General Parking (generator allowed 6am-11pm) and General Parking No generator. Can anyone provide any advice on how loud the generator allowed area typically is, or how isolated the no generator lot is? I have 1,110 watts of solar on the roof and 420AH of LiFepPo4 batteries, so only need generator if it is very cloudy or to run the air conditioner, which I don't know how much I might need in Wyoming in mid July, I suspect not a lot. Any advice, this will be my first national convention, though I have been to our regional rally a couple of times. Thanks

chindog Report post Posted Friday at 08:30 PM It can get pretty hot in Gillette in mid July, so you should probably count on running your AC.
