racesport Report post Posted June 11, 2012 I am outfitting a 2012 Honda CRV with Roadmaster equipment for towing behind my RV. The entire front is plastic. I am wondering where and how some of you who have this vehicle have attached your breakaway switch that serves the purpose and meets the Roadmaster criteria? wolfe10 Report post Posted June 11, 2012 Don't know which brake you are fitting, but Roadmaster has pretty good installation instructions that are vehicle specific: http://www.roadmaste...sys_for_me.html You could also contact them directly and ask to speak to the person who wrote the installation instructions for your vehicle: Roadmaster, Inc. 6110 NE 127th Ave. Vancouver, WA 98682 Click here for directions Phone: 503-288-9898 Toll Free: 800-669-9690 Fax: 503-288-8900 E-mail: info@roadmasterinc.co
derh2o Report post Posted June 11, 2012 You might want to talk with Mike Cannon. Mike is the developer of all of Roadmaster's braking systems and was one of the original employees. You will find Mike very easy to talk to and is probably the most knowledgeable person there when it comes to braking systems. I am lucky since I live in Vancouver, WA. My 2012 Ford Focus is at their shop now getting outfitted to tow and then my MH will get in to have it's work done.
