Larry196 Report post Posted April 3, 2013 We are going to Port Susan Camping Club north of Everet, WA. this weekend to look over buying a membership. Have any of you been there or done that ? The land is leased from an Indian tribe and you can only stay on a site for 180 days then you have to remove yourself, quite a few of the residences buy two lots next to each other and just move from one lot to the other for the next 180 days, or they travel that time until they are allowed back. The land is leased, not purchased, and there are some that look great and some look like a parking space so we are going up to see whats what. If you have had an encounter with this type of deal, jump on and give me your feed back.
desertdeals69 Report post Posted April 3, 2013 We prefer to change scenery so we invested in Thousand Trails system. This past year we have spent 109 nights in the system from coast to coast. You could stay in a Thousand Trails park for every night of the year, moving every 21 days.
