Water In The Protective Wrap On Wires In Basement

When it rains, we get water in the protective wrap on the wires for the storage bay light.

We cannot see how it is getting in there, however, it leaks in the storage bay creating mildew.

Has anyone had this problem or know how to fix it?

What coach year, make and model?

Is this just one small area or multiple areas?

This is a 1998 Holiday Rambler. It seems it is just this one storage bay. The bay goes all the way through on the top part of it. The protective sleeve is cut on one side to wrap around the wire, and it collects with rain water

If you can, follow the wire as far as you can to see where it contacts a wall of floor. I would venture a guess that you have a water leak either in the roof, window or sidewall joint....time to start a careful inspection of the sealants in these areas.
