Battery Help With 1977 Minnie Winnie

Howdy,

I just joined this group and need to know if I need the auxiliary batteries to be in the Minnie Winnie to get it to start. it has been sitting for two years.

I installed a new engine battery but the aux batteries were taken out. Is this why I can't get it to turn over ?

I can't even get any head lights to come on.

Please any help or ideas would be great !

Welcome to the Forum. Your battery cut off may be in the off position. If you have a manual check it and see if you can find its location.

Make sure that the chassis battery is installed in the correct position.

Thanks everyone, The problem turned out to be a bad connection with a fuseable link to battery + terminal
