sandyhepburn Report post Posted July 1, 2013 Does FMCA have any discount packages for Disneyland in California? We're thinking of taking our family there later this year and we're looking to save as much money as possible! If no packages are available, how about campground recommendations real close to the Park? Thanks!
Ceupton49 Report post Posted July 2, 2013 Hello Alan. The closest RV park is Anaheimrvvillage.com. It's about a block north of the park. Enjoy. Chris
sandyhepburn Report post Posted July 2, 2013 Thanks, Chris - I was looking at their web site earlier. We're just in the early stages of planning - our son and daughter-in-law are talking about taking our grandson this winter and we're trying to get a handle on how much it's going to cost - other than spoiling the grandson of course! We're hoping to find some ticket deals somewhere. Years ago, when the Disney Campground was still open, we could get 3 days at Disney, a day at Universal, and 4 nights at the campground for about $100 per person - sadly those days are long gone! aztec7fan Report post Posted July 2, 2013 If you want to save $$, about two blocks away from Disney is a shopping center called "the gardenwalk." They have a parking garage with a large parking area at the entrance for buses. You can park there during the day for free, or park overnight (boondocking) for $18. If you want a little electricity, you can hop a concrete wall and plug in a 20-amp cord to an outlet.
