How Can I Contact A Member By Their coach/membership #

I just bought a motorhome that was registered, at some time, with FMCA. Is there any way I can search for that previous owner by the FMCA number on the plaque that was affixed to my RV when I bought it? I only need to ask some questions concerning how the motorhome was maintained prior to my purchasing it from the used dealer.
