verjay Report post Posted February 17, 2014 I am considering two 2010 View Profiles: One is, despite its year, almost new as it has less than 2000 miles and less then three hours on the generator. The other has 33,000 miles, and the dealer's revised asking price is $5500 higher. From my experience with my present Rialta and from having owned boats, I know that these units and their equipment need to be operated. What are your thoughts on this choice? Thank you. wolfe10 Report post Posted February 17, 2014 Verjay, Welcome to the FMCA Forum. Probably sounds like a funny question, buy where have they been located/used. If in a dry climate, sitting is less harmful-- that is why airplanes are stored around the Tucson area. Has either been operated on salty roads?
rossboyer Report post Posted February 17, 2014 We bought a 2 year old with 3,000 miles and 113 hours on the generator. Over the past 6 years we have added 82,000 miles, I cannot tell that because of low usage anything caused any problems. I have had repairs, but all were electronic items. IE: Radio, Jack Control, Inverter Relay.
