fredhgross Report post Posted October 3, 2014 We currently have a news issue with our black water system. The full tank alert is on telling me of a full tank. With the red light on the head will not flush. The tank is now empty but the light will not extinguish. So far I have run tank flushes and a batch of tank cleaner thru the system but still no luck. Does anyone have any other words of wisdom? Fred
BillAdams Report post Posted October 4, 2014 Cut the wire so you never see a full indication again? What a terrible option to have built into a coach when the sensors are known to be inaccurate and/or fail.
hvarner Report post Posted October 4, 2014 Generally you can override the the flush warning by holding the switch down for an extended time like 5 secs. A pain, but better than cutting wires. Check manufacturers website for maintenance & repair of your model
billbaldwin Report post Posted October 4, 2014 I'm with Bill, sounds like a bad idea to lock out the flush. I'm not sure I would start cutting wires
manholt Report post Posted October 5, 2014 There is an inline fuse. You need to locate the controller....call your service center and give them the VIN #, they will tell you where the controller should be located. Good Luck. Carl C.
