Furge Report post Posted January 28, 2015 I was involved in a right front end collision on our way to work camping at the North Rim of the Grand Canyon this last summer. Insurance settled and now I am looking for new or used parts. Our 1997 Eagle was a late model year production so our entry door, bumpers, etc. are like the 1998 Eagles rather than the 1996 Eagles. We are going back to work the Grand Canyon this summer so I need to find parts pretty soon. Specifically, I am looking for are the following: Passenger Side (PS) Front Stainless Bumper PS Lower Front Fender cowling Middle Lower Front Fender cowling PS Turn Signal / Parking Light Fixture Entry door / screen / frame Stainless entry kick guard below door 1st PS Basement Bay Door Allied Recreation Group is looking for the parts as well but they are having trouble finding available new parts so used seems to be the way I have to go. Does anyone know of any salvage places that might have 1997-98 American Eagle parts? Thanks in advance. I am attaching a picture which shows most of the damage. Furge Report post Posted January 29, 2015 Rich, Thanks for the lead -- I have done some Google and E Bay but will try to narrow the list and see if that helps. By the way, I got in touch with Visone RV in East Bernstadt, Kentucky. They seem to specialize in RV salvage parts. After my email to them, Mike Visone got right back to me and said they have about 8 American Eagles in the year range I am talking about. He is checking his inventory as we speak. So, time will tell but this may get me some of what we need. I also contacted Colaws RV Salvage that Herman recommended and they got right back to me. However, they don't have any American Eagles in my year range in stock. Great leads form both Rich and Herman. If anyone else has any more leads - the more the better.
