jleamont Report post Posted April 13, 2016 I stumbled upon this website and wanted to share with everyone. It looks like a good website to locate campgrounds that can handle larger 50 amp coaches. http://www.bigrigresorts.com/index.php
manholt Report post Posted April 13, 2016 I have a Big Rig Campground Directory. Cost me $25 at CW....total waste of $$$. Tried it in CA. they had one 90 foot space, occupied by owner!!
jleamont Report post Posted April 14, 2016 Carl, I see the problem....CW was mentioned in the same sentence . DW has a book called "The Next Exit". The 2008 version was a real asset to have, we looked a later version in 2010 and every year since and that was bad. They redesigned the layout which made it not user friendly while headed down a highway (the old versions would flow, now you jump all around the book) and went to recycled pages which made brittle. When you have a good thing you need to stick with it!
klandersnitrox Report post Posted May 3, 2016 Please check out out site http://www.mhrig.com/ "Dedicated to helping 40+ Footers find all the cool places to stay and things to do across North America" We have created a map of North America only campgrounds that have been referenced and blogged about by other 40+ footers. It is updated daily as bloggers add new info. We of course blog about our own stays and do video drone flyovers over the parks. You will also like all the activities, restaurants, factory tours, festivals, all on the same map. Thanks
