Bought this 2003 Georgetown by fr early 2015 and thought I had checked it out really well. went up on the roof and inspected everything and all looked fine. the roof looked to have a fresh coat of rubber roof paint or roll on sealant applied. had a medical problem after I returned home and haven`t been out since last year. when I went up on the roof to check things I found dry leaves had stuck to the roof and the surface was sticky but not so much that I couldn't walk on it. does anyone know what`s making the roof sticky? when I was up there last year the roof surface was dry and cured. am at a loss

Is there any chance you can go back and find out what product was used to coat the roof?  Then you could contact the manufacturer for assistance.

Maybe the roof had been cleaned before it was resealed. Some cleaning products can make a rubber roof brake down and turn sticky. A long time ago I learned that lesson. Ever since, its Murphy's soap only.
