bajco1 Report post Posted September 20, 2016 Having studied and analysed the freeze plugs that were taken out by Cummins, there is NO WAY i can believe that the coolant caused the freeze plug to come out. The only conclusion i can come to is that one of the original plugs was not fitted correctly. Cummins would not agree with this as it makes them look bad and open up liability issues. Thanks for reporting back. I Agree it would be hard to get Cummins to admit to any wrongdoing as it would mean they were on the hook for the repairs.
