Since I'm easily confused, what does the post title "health insurance" have to do with the question? If you need computer access, you probably should give more information. Are you moving around or mostly static? How secure does the connection need to be? Are you frequently in areas of good cell service? What will your gig usage be? Do you want to depend on campground wifi? 

Wifi if you are lucky, but I have both at&t and Verizon, and a Max amp booster. Only rarely do I not have at least voice...

I need to find health insurance that will cover me in any state we travel to.  Having a hard time with this.
