I agree with several of the others who commented that this service is no good to me if I can't stream. I know FMCA tried their best, but this can hurt them they might be better off not offering this at all. I'm going to try it out for the next month and if it doesn't improve, I'm going to call it quits.

I recently moved to the new AT&T plan and upgraded to the 25 mbps and never been so disappointed. This is really some slow connection everything takes forever to load. I would be interested in knowing who is getting a good connection.

Anyone know what the process is to upgrade the Franklin R910 wifi that was issued when we signed up? The wifi is now obsolete according to Sprint and I would like to upgrade to the newer model. Any info would be appreciated.
