Degrees in Pre-veterinary Medicine, Microbiology, and Paralegal Studies.  Enjoy flyfishing, genealogical research, photography, gardening, and motor home travel.  Retired filbert grower and warehouseman.  Member of Teamsters Local 206, FMCA, Beaver Ambassador Club, and Life Members of Good Sam since the mid-1990’s.

We mostly enjoy the Oregon Coast and Central Oregon, Western Montana, and British Columbia and the Alberta Rockies, and Alaska.  My heritage is half Nebraskan, half Albertan, and all Oregon Beaver.  My wife is part Missourian and mostly Southern Idahoan, but has lived in the Portland area for over 60 years.  She, like me, grew up on a farm and loves land and open space and animals.  She's a retired hairdresser and medical assistant.  

We’ve had 2 motorhomes since Feb. 1985, an ‘84 Pace Arrow which was traded in 2006 for a new Beaver Monterey, and were then introduced to and provided our first year’s membership in the FMCA and the Beaver Ambassador Club .  We became Good Sam Life Members long before the Beaver came along, and I participated in their Open Roads Forum, but rarely do anymore.  For over 17 years I’ve enjoyed reading and contributing to the highly respected BAC Forum as part of that FMCA chapter.
