leopoldml Report post Posted July 10, 2017 2015 Holiday Rambler Vacationer Both Air units and thermostat have been working fine, no issues. This weekend, after hooking up to 50amp, we realize that Zone 2 is not coming up on the Thermostat. Can anyone provide advice on what it could be? Thanks all! wildebill308 Report post Posted July 10, 2017 The first thing I would try is, turn the thermostat to off pull the front cover off and see if there is a fuse in there. Remove the fuse and check it. Re install the fuse and see if it is working. Bill
obedb Report post Posted July 10, 2017 Had this happen on our first coach. 1988 Georgie Boy II. Good reputation for workmanship, but when the thermostat was hooked to the a/c harness, butt connectors were used. Oddly this happened several years after we bought the unit/ one of the butt connectors was not properly crimped causing the wire to separate from the a/c harness. Had to remove the thermostat from the wall and and carefully pull the wiring out far enough to troubleshoot. It was an easy fix when found. It was also the rear a/c. Rough ride back there because of multi leaf springs. Vibration finally caught up with some shoddy work at the factory. Will not take too much of your time to check on that possible cause. Good luck!
