rlking Report post Posted February 3, 2010 This will be our first convention. Just wondering if towed vehicles are okay and if we will be able to enter and leave via our towed during the stay. We may want to take some side trips if the schedule permits. We're really looking forward to the new experience . Thanks for the help. Bob (F412079)
wolfe10 Report post Posted February 3, 2010 Yes, no problem at all. You will receive a Pass for your toad in your registration packet that allows you easy entry/exit from the coach parking area. Come and go as you like. Brett Wolfe
tbutler Report post Posted February 3, 2010 The FMCA Parking Committee usually asks that you limit the use of your toad during the coach parking days. If you do need to go somewhere they will have specific exits and entrances for you to use to avoid conflicting with the coaches arriving and parking. Once the convention is underway and everyone is parked then you can come and go freely. The local community may be planning special events for attendees. In Bowling Green last summer we saw the latest Harry Potter movie one afternoon, had pop corn and soda and still paid less than we would have for a single ticket where we are now! They also had a sidewalk sale during the convention. Be sure to look for activities in town!
lmsooter Report post Posted February 4, 2010 Thanks for the question Bob. I was just getting ready to ask that one myself. This will be our first convention also. We look forward to seeing everyone there.
