emeraldnj Report post Posted May 12, 2018 Has anyone been towing "Non-Tow-able" vehicles with the engine running in Neutral? I'm a newbie and don't want to buy another vehicle yet. Thanks for the Input Andrew McClary Bonita Springs, FL
hermanmullins Report post Posted May 12, 2018 Welcome to the Forum Andrew. What vehicle do you now have? I would not recommend towing with the engine running. Bad to no air flow to keep the engine cool. You would be better off having someone drive rather then what you want to do. Or getting a dolly. Herman

Did this accidentally once - the Even-Brake caused some serious tire chirping a few times - enough to get my attention... Are you sure it's non-tow-able? always check with Remco - there may be a kit. manholt Report post Posted May 15, 2018 Emeraldnj. Welcome to the Forum! Would really help us if we knew make, model and year, of your car/truck! Also, make, model and year of your coach! At this time, we are just guessing. If the vehicle in question is over 5,000 pounds (or close to), coach is gas/diesel, class A, B, C.
