Can someone fix the forum formatting?

Sometime over the past few days, the option to view the post summary in condensed mode has stopped working.  It is now only showing in expanded mode, and clicking the option button has no effect.  Something has broken and needs to be fixed.

Ahh, the new decade "Y" problem!  I noticed a few problems also...but we are functional.
