gourleyt Report post Posted July 27, 2020 Has anyone with the device on the FMCA plan ever tried to update the software? I have tried off an on for a year, there are two software updates out there but my device never allows the update. I was an engineer at VZ in the past and have asked people I know if there are reasons that a device would not update firmware due to certain plans and they have never heard of such. gourleyt Report post Posted July 27, 2020 I have tried updating it on the device itself and from logging into the router portal but it just comes back saying it cannot update do to network error.
