whiteeagle Report post Posted July 12, 2023 Several groups / chapters make arrangements to arrive and park together at / during the rallies..... usually, they ask that a representative from the group / Chapter make arrangements with FMCA with # attending, sizes of units ... all participating naturally have to be registered for same type /area of services (ie; 50A Full, 30A electric only, etc) (If you have registered for handicapped, naturally you wouldn't be parked with others on 30A electric only, etc.) Upon arrival, group likely would be "staged" and when fully gathered, would then be parked.. Likely, members would be asked to display the group they are with, and perhaps a # of that group . (ie; #3 of 15, or #6 of 9, etc.when being parked.) sandyhepburn Report post Posted July 13, 2023 Sometimes, even with all the coordination in place, the parking crew still gets it wrong. We had a group of 6 RVs go to the Convention in Minot; we ended up being parked as 3 RVs on one side of a fence, and 3 RVs on the other side of the fence with a non-member mixed in with us.
