lloyd21 Report post Posted June 30, 2012 Our lights were going dim, the air wouldn't come on and the satellite would not lock on-- we had a problem. I called several people and businesses to get some help, but people and businesses want you to wait till Monday. Did I mention this was a Saturday afternoon? Well I lucked-up on a mobile RV repairman. I called him-- no answer out of the office. But he called me back right away, I told him my problem and he gave some advice and to meet him at his shop because i was close and it would also save a service call charge. I liked him already. Battery cables were gone, batteries had dead cells. Not only did he build new cable system but new hold downs and new cable ends, He worked 6 hours on Saturday and 4 hours on Monday----328.00 dollars.. i was looking for at least 7-800.00 dollars. also repaired my awning for free.
