dickandlois Report post Posted July 19, 2012 Sometimes I find links that just pop up while looking for items. This link looks like it might not be relevant, but it leads to a number of outlets and salvage locations. I have used a few of them and this list contains about 50 or more . Link. Obsolete RV Parts Suppliers http://www.lasvegasm...om/obsolete.htm Edited 11-14-12 This is another link that lists new, used and salvaged parts links. There are duplicates and some other sites listed. desertdeals69 Report post Posted July 19, 2012 I was at Colaws last month and they have lots of rv stuff. In the Elkhart area all but one have closed and that one has moved and looks more like a camping world than the salvage yard it use to be. There may be one or two others that I missed. Bontraggers is good.
hermanmullins Report post Posted July 19, 2012 I have found that Colaws is very helpful when you are there. I haven't had good luck getting return calls and answers to emails. But still nice folks.
dickandlois Report post Posted July 19, 2012 A bummer to hear that many of them have closed. Hope that the ones left still help members find items. Seeing a list like that and the number of possible sources made it a good reference list, but the economic world has put cold water on a lot of things. Rich. This model was installed on Holiday Rambler, Airstream, and Newmar motor homes. F61108 email joe792@verizon.net By chance would Newmar or Airstream owners know the OEM supplier? HR's stock was picked up by some one in Oregon I think, but an owner might know that information. Rich.

rllum Report post Posted October 2, 2012 I am new to this site. I live in Canada and I just bought a 1998 Damon Intruder 36ft Model 352 chevy 454 made in California and am having a lot of trouble finding any info on it and also any spare parts. Like the rear ladder and the tv booster. Any help would be appreciated. Ron
dickandlois Report post Posted October 2, 2012 Ron, Try this link and maybe a phone call will get you the needed antenna part(s). Might be a good start for you to check on a ladder. The link goes to there section on antennas and then you could see if they could supply or suggest a vendor for ladders. http://rvadenver.com...accessories.htm Rich. desertdeals69 Report post Posted October 3, 2012 When I recently stopped into the one last salvage yard I mentioned in an earlier post I found out that they sold all of the surplus parts at auction and only have current new merchandise. The store looks like a camping world space with about 15% of the stock. Very empty shelves.
rllum Report post Posted October 3, 2012 Thanks, Rich. I'll give it a try. Ron
