wellsie Report post Posted March 4, 2014 We just replaced the two rear air bags on our coach while in Arizona this winter. The RV center we used couldn't find any part stores that could cross reference the part numbers so we had to call Monaco. They used a company out of Texas to get us the baffles at a cost of $815 per bag, when all was said and done the bill was over $2,200. We would like to be proactive and replace the front bags before we break down on the road again - does anyone know of an outlet other than going through Monaco? dickandlois Report post Posted March 4, 2014 wellsie, Welcome to the FMCA Forum! By chance do you have the OEM part number for your Air Springs ? and it so, could you post the number for the group. By supplying the part number of the rear units would help provide a designed series. The second option are pictures and the dimensions of your parts. There are suppliers. There are a number of designs with specific operating pressures and weight parameters. Not a one size fits all. So any chassis information, What chassis and weight information would be helpful. Who's suspension is on the coach? Neway or other. Maybe that will help narrow down the style and operating range of the air springs for your coach. With enough information at hand then a phone call to a supplier, could possibility come up with a good part number. Rich.
hermanmullins Report post Posted March 4, 2014 wellsie, Try calling the company in Texas where you got the bags and ask for the part number. Then go to a large truck dealer and shop. Ask the parts man if they can cross reference the number. They may even have the same bag at a lower cost. Herman
