jrs1958 Report post Posted March 12, 2014 Has anyone used the Air Force One brake system that ties into the coach's air brakes? I'm setting up a tow vehicle for my 2003 4005 Dutch Star. Would like to know any pros or cons on this system. http://www.smibrake.com/air-force-one.html On another note, I am purchasing a 2014 Cheep Cherokee Latitude. Does anyone know if in order to tow it I must get the transmission upgrade option with Jeep active drive II?
rvingchub Report post Posted March 12, 2014 I have the Air Force One on my Tiffin coach. I had it installed the last time the rally was in Perry. It has worked fine. Great product.
ckcarpenter42 Report post Posted March 12, 2014 I used Air Force One with my Winnebago Journey. It was installed by one of SMI's dealers in Texas. I have been totally pleased with the system.

wayne77590 Report post Posted March 15, 2014 I have an AFO. I used it in the 2007 Saturn, and had it transferred to the 2013 Lincoln MKX. It is attached to the MH air system. If you don't want it done that way there is a model that has it' own air canister and pump. Call SMI for details. They have changed since I purchased mine in 2008.
