dddlin Report post Posted May 12, 2015 We recently had work done at Western States CAT in Spokane, WA to the tune of $7700. Now we have an oil leak that wasn't there before. We believe Western States damaged the oil line when working on the engine but they have denied responsibility. Can FMCA help us get resolution?
huffypuff Report post Posted May 13, 2015 I don't think FMCA handles consumer complaints such as Better Business Bureau. If you want to post questions about the problem we will need more detail so someone might know what went wrong. Brett Wolfe is the expert on CAT here. FMCANationalOffice Report post Posted May 14, 2015 Can FMCA help us get resolution? If you are unable to resolve the issue on your own, FMCA can contact the company on your behalf and attempt to assist with a resolution. It helps if we are able to include details, invoices, and other pertinent information. This proactive approach, behind the scenes, has been known to produce positive results. An FMCA staff member will reach out to you to discuss the situation.
