Electric Macerator Toilet - Tank Sensor

My fuse is good, but the toilet thinks that the black tank is full and it's actually empty! I suspect something is blocking the sensor.

My question is: Can I use the San i Flush system to fill tank with water?

I normally just use it long enough to get clear water return.

Problem solved. I used San I Flush for 15 minutes & put in 1/4 tank of water, then pulled knife switch! Hooray, I can flush!

Now, I also know why my tank always was clear, the black/gray switch is reversed!!!

FYI...Even if the sensor says the tank is full, you can override it by pushing and holding either flush switch for six seconds. Then it will flush.

Thank you. I will remember to do that before checking fuse! My fuse and controller is under the drawer, below my dishwasher, a pain to get too!

Same problem again! Six, ten and fifteen seconds, did not work! I hate to think it might be the board or controller...

I can survive without a lot off things! But....

Try pushing both switches together...that's how the water level is set, but it flushes first. If it works, take your fingers off the two swithches when the water reaches the desired height in the bowl.
