ashitaka695@gmail.com Report post Posted March 10, 2016 A few years ago I was working for a RV dealership as a repair tech and a new Chinook came in. It had a GM chassis and the front end was a Hummer H2 clip. Since then I have never seen another one. If anyone has pictures of one of these rare beauties I would love to see them. Even better if you know where one may be for sale I am very interested. The Chinook Hummer that I saw was green in exterior color.

manholt Report post Posted March 10, 2016 Kay. A very long read and now I know more than I ever wanted to! The original Baja model would make a nice toad for the trout fisherman! No mention of a H2 model, so I surmise that it was a Custom Unit. Carl
jleamont Report post Posted March 11, 2016 Interesting article, I loved the history part of it. I had a customer with a Maverick model that I serviced from when it was new. Nicely built unit, quality seemed to be good, I do not recall him ever having to take it in for warranty work. The off road model in the article was pretty neat looking.
