I had my used coach about a week when pulled my son's stock car up to South Sound speedway. We left the trailer there and drove over to Elma, WA to watch the World of Outlaws. We arrive in Elma and my son is taking a leak when he said the water is up to the bottom of the toilet. Huh? Then I remembered, My mother has passed away and my wife's Aunt & Uncle were staying in the coach. Yup I too filled the black water tank instead of the fresh water. SO I let my son and another guy out to by tickets while I head for the freeway to dump. Well wouldn't you know it, the steering column tilt stopped locking..... So here I am driving through town and traffic with the steering wheel moving forward and back. Turning? Oh Yeah a trip. Now to complete the story, I get back and we head off to the RV parking area. I was stopped by a gate guy and he stated we had to have a pass to get in. Well H#$$ Bell's if I can't con my way into a race track I didn't need to be there. After parking the coach in the dark between other RV'ers we watch a fine race and ate our dinner at 2am. The next morning I find I had leveled the coach and both front wheels were totally off the ground Ooops. Just another race weekend, J.barnum 95' Dynasty

Hi All, This past weekend I was dry camping and came upon a good idea ( well I think so anyway). My house batteries are getting old and do not hold hi voltage any longer. So I have been finding ways to save the house batteries. S O L A R Y A R D lites. I have a pair we use to mark the front door of the coach at night by placing them in a wood block holder. Well, I took lites into the coach and just placed them on their tops on comes the lights and I have a night lite for the bathroom as well as the kitchen area. I am going to look into different types of yards lites and see if removing the posts will work plus offer a different light pattern. Cost $3.99 each & no Batteries John B 95' Dynasty Gladstone, OR

Tom a good idea. What we did was just to take a couple of car sun screen aluminum shades and placed them between the pull down shades and the valance. they help keep the bedroom dark and cool during the summer and warmer in the winter. plus easy to remove fold and store.

Hi All, I have a 95' Dynasty and we traveled the USA (through the south and east during the summer. Hot , anyway.) While driving we added a shear curtain on a spring loaded rod just behind the front seats. Using this setup, the dash air usually kept the front liveable... Hey we are from Oregon and we do not tan just rust. I added heat resistant aluminum car front windshield covers for our side windows. In fact I just leave the bedroom shades pulled down and placed these shields between the valance and the shades. This way we keep the bedroom either cool or warmer depending on the season. Now why could we ( RV'ers ) not just add a cheap window 110 volt AC unit to one of the windows when parked? I thought this would be a good idea and not always use the roof RV air conditioner/s? Then pull it out while driving and of course and make a window adapter to make it safe, secure, and not allow for someone to break in. J.barnum 95' Dynasty Gladstone, OR
