Before I got my new d/p this year,I towed a fifty wheel and a single axle boat behind that...Itowed this combo for years,from coast to coast and never had a problem and was never stopped except for a tail light out once in Alabama..Our boat trailers here in Okla don't have tags on them either..Butch

Now let me get this straight, a man pointing a 45 auto at me and says " Give me your wallet or your dead"..I'm armed with a can of wasp spray, but he is 22 feet away..Oh crap now what!!!! First of all,where do I keep this can of wasp spray?? Oh I see,in my pocket! Now I say to the gunman "could you move a little closer,I'm only good for 20 feet!! Come on people.You have the right to protect your family,your self and your property...DO SO..The bad guys don't play by the same rules!!!!!

Like everone else I have been RV'n for years...My new Monaco came with a macerator in the stool and one the tanks empty into..Best thing I have ever seen or used. Good as a pocket in a shirt...As far as slow, when I need to dump at FJ, I use RV island and dump while I'm refueling.I can do 2 things at once. ( boy i'll pay for that one) hehe! No mess No hassle..No more 3 inch hose,no getting nasty...Got to love it!!! BUTCH

I tow a 2011 Jeep wrangler Rubicon...I use Demco tow bar and baseplate..Baseplate mounts under bumper so no need to put holes in bumper..I use the roadmaster air for braking..hooks up the air system on the motorhome...works great..towed 12,000 miles so far and no problems...ready to go in 5 min....The jeep is so air tight you have to slam the door or crack a window before you close door...BUTCH

Two things are a must....The milepost and hand held 2 way radio's....Make sure every rig has them....Makes life hole lot easier...You can talk to one another bout where to stop for fuel,,eats or a nap!! not necessary in that order!! If you to fish(like I do) take poles and little bit of tackle...Have lots of fun!!!!! BUTCH

Go with a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon....Kick 4x4 in neutral and go!! I've got one, a 2011...No steering wheel lock.so you can lock the doors and go...I tow around 70 myself..no problems.

I changed my steel wheels for aluminum wheels awhile back because of the looks and easy care..I put the steel wheels in the local paper for sale and sold them the first day...I really like the looks of the aluminum but thats just me!!! I also tow a CORVETTE!! He He

I tow a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon behind my Monaco D/P..I keep the fuel tank full when towing...Just a personal thing I guess....If I ever have a problem that I need the Jeep, the last thing I want is to be hunting for a gas station......BUTCH

Forgot to say that it's $50 deductible....It also covers my diesel generator...7 years or 70,000 miles BUTCH PS 0 deductible on the tires!!

I just bought a plan from Wholesale Warranties.....Heard good thing about them....Got a 7 year ,Coach only plan...They went thru a Co.in Ohio..Check everything out before I signed on the dotted line....Little over $1900 for the plan...Only ones I found that covered radiator...also seals and gaskets...and wear and tear....also got tire coverage for 300 more. I have a 2011 Monaco DP with the factory warranty just about up, so I thought I'd better get something. They do have a 15 day and 500 mile waiting period before you can turn a claim in. For me it was just fine,trip around the block. Time will tell but have some friends who have them and say they never had any problem with a claim...BUTCH

The only problem I've had with the J is on a trip to VW from OKC just before Christmas we stopped for fuel and some water...The J said the water was turned off for winter!!!WHAT!!!. YEp NO water!! So we fueled up 275.00 worth and went across the street and got water at Loves...Should have gotten fuel at Loves but I was already pumping....Sorry Loves!! BUTCH
