    Clark, PD 4104-3853 is a 1958 coach originally purchased by the Atchison Topeka and Santa Fe Railway company. It was part of a 10 coach order. Original fleet # of B-150. I have free manuals and other 4104 related links. My email address isjusle@aol.com I have written several articles for Bus Conversion Magazine on my search.

    PDA 3704-091 a 1950 coach originally purchased by Lake Shore Coach in Columbus, Ohio as fleet #528. Only 100 coaches of this model were made. May want to contact Luke at US Coach in Vineland, NJ 888/262-2434

    I am in the process of tracking down all the surviving GM PD series coaches manufactured between 1950 & 1980. Not Scenicruisers. If you have a coach, please let me know your serial number as well as your city and state. As crazy as this may sound, I have written 2 articles on this search for Bus Conversion Magazine. Ultimately this info will find it's way to the Western GM Coach FMCA chapter's website on GM bus history.

    Those of you that follow this article line may be interested to know that my 4104 search was published in the August 2014 issue of Bus Conversion Magazine. Starting with May of 2015, my search is expanding to include GM buses models PD 4101 to PD4905. Excluding Scenicruisers, my friend Tom has them.

    Steve, The VIN/ serial number can be found in one of 3 places: On your vehicle registration on the dash or stamped on the frame inside the compartment under the drivers position. The number will look like 4104-1620, 1620 being the build number. Side glass, is tempered glass you can get at any automotive glass shop. Just try to remove the existing glass carefully so they may make a copy. Windshield glass is different as well as rear window glass which is no longer manufactured. Jon

    BlackMan, I monitor this thread. 4104-4993 was originally purchased by US Army Special Services at Fort Bragg in North Carolina. Firstly owners usually held buses 10 years on average. What is your city and state? I have a lot of free 4104 stuff I can share with you. My email address is jusle@aol.com Send your email address and I will send them to you.     PD4103-057 was delivered new in March of 1951 as fleet number 614 to Tennessee Coach Co, HQ'd in Knoxville, TN. Don't have any further ownership info other than original. BTW, my delivery roster covers all GMC Parlor Coaches from November of 1939 thru July of 1980. Have supplements for the Scenicruiser, but it only shows division and fleet numbers, plus a roster of 4905s that were delivered new with the optional V-730. FWIW & HTH. . .

    1957- 4104-3063 was part of a 100 bus order to Southeast Greyhound Lines. Manuals available for free.
