For those who might be interested, here's how to attach a file or image to a PM:
Click "Use Full Editor."
Below the text-entry box, attach files by clicking "Browse."
Find the file on your computer.
Click "Attach this file."
Last, choose "Add to post."
Most of these steps apply to attaching a file or image to a forum post, as well. -
The online ordering process is being rebuilt to conform with FMCA's new membership management software system. I do not know precisely when it will return.
The PDF order form is available on the business card page.
Thanks for pointing out the mention of the online ordering in the magazine ad. I'll see if I can get that updated.

A heads-up, for tire buyers ...
FMCA has just learned that, effective Dec. 1, 2014, Michelin will increase the price of new truck tires available through the FMCA-Michelin Advantage program. Prices will increase by an average of five (5) percent, according to the pricing manager for Michelin Americas Truck Tires.
A link to the Updated price list for Michelin Truck Tires will be posted on the Michelin Advantage instructions page (requires FMCA member login) by Nov. 3, 2014. -
Choosing the year only, on your user profile, is not an option on this board. If you enter a birth date at all, the month and day are required. Perhaps it's because birthdays are pulled into the community calendar.
It seems that most users opt to select the month and day of birth, rather than disclose their year.

Understand, the FMCA Motorhome Forums are geared toward motorized RVs, so there is a smaller group to pool from when compared with forums that cater to all RV types.

I like the FMCA site and appreciate the benefits of membership. I recently joined FMCA just a few months ago and thought there would be more activity in the forums and blogs. Although I remain snow bound I look for relief in reading personal happenings and thoughts of members!
Come on all, lets make the FMCA more enjoyable by adding to the forums!

Seems to be working. I just copied this reply from Microsoft Word, using Ctrl +c to copy from Word and then Ctrl + v to paste it into the forum reply area.
When using the "Paste from Word" tool -- the icon is located in the forum editor panel -- a pop-up window might appear. It tells you to paste your text into the window, because of your browser security settings. Then, press OK. -
A Directory of Sanitary Disposals is available in the January 2013 issue of Family Motor Coaching magazine. If you do not have a print copy, you can access it online at www.fmcmagazine.com/digital (must sign in as an FMCA member).
Here's how to view and print the directory:
1. Go to www.fmcmagazine.com/digital.
2. Click on the current-month digital edition.
3. Once that opens, select "Archive" from the group of icons at the top-right of the page.
4. Select the January 2013 issue.
5. Once that issue opens, from the Table of Contents on the left, select "2013 FMCA Directory."
6. You will see the Directory index on the right-hand page. Click the link for page 218, which is the Directory of Sanitary Disposals.
7. To print, select the "Print" icon at the top right of the page and enter 232 for the last page to print.
8. Click "Print" and you will have your Sanitary Disposals Directory. This directory will be updated in the January 2014 issue of Family Motor Coaching.

The FMCA Road Atlas is in stock at the FMCA Store, and it does not take long to ship. Order it here.
I just signed up for roadside assistance and was going to order the FMCA Road Atlas & Travel Guide, 50th Anniversary Edition. The person told me it wasn't available until December 15, 2013. I cancel the atlas because I will be on the road by then. Now I see here that it's in stock. I wouldn't expect it would take 2 1/2 months to ship. How could it be in stock or am I missing something?
