base341 Report post Posted November 10, 2017 Hi everyone, I'm new here and was wondering if anyone has a recommendation for an installer for a Blue Ox baseplate on a Ford Explorer?? We sold our old tow car faster than we thought we would and have a trip coming up next weekend. Any input would be appreciated. Tom
manholt Report post Posted November 10, 2017 Tom. Welcome to the Forum! Since I live in Texas, afraid I'm not much help....I would take coach and toad to a dealer or even Camping World(one of the things they know how to install).
hermanmullins Report post Posted November 10, 2017 Base41, Give Blue Ox a call and see if they have a dealer in your area. Herman

blakeloke Report post Posted November 10, 2017 Check with DeMartini up in Grass Valley. It's a bit of a drive but they do (did) good work. We bought our coach from them. Blake
base341 Report post Posted November 11, 2017 Thanks for the replies. Camping World won't install Blue Ox and the people at Blue Ox only had someone in Yuba city to recommend. I'll give Demartini a try. Thanks again.
obedb Report post Posted November 11, 2017 Yuba City is maybe a little closer than Grass Valley, depending on where you live in the Sacramento area. Did Blue Ox give you a phone number?
thezafts Report post Posted November 25, 2017 Try body shops, we had one installed for about $175!
